Ensuring Addiction Recovery Support for You and Your Loved Ones

Many barriers can hinder you and complicate your decision to seek and continue treatment services. Pathway to Care and Recovery’s Drug and Alcohol Case Managers and Certified Recovery Specialists help to eliminate these obstacles through effective service coordination.

This collaborative process involves assessing needs, creating connections to services, facilitating access to services, and ensuring enrollment in suitable healthcare coverage, housing programs, educational or vocational training, advocacy support, as well as physical and mental health care. These efforts address the challenges that may hinder your recovery process.

The collaboration of services by Drug and Alcohol Case Managers and Certified Recovery Specialists involves consistent communication, information exchange, and cooperation with other community provider teams. This teamwork takes place within our program and across various organizations in the community to ensure well-rounded support for all individuals and loved ones.
