This collaborative process involves assessing needs, creating connections to services, facilitating access to services, and ensuring enrollment in suitable healthcare coverage, housing programs, educational or vocational training, advocacy support, as well as physical and mental health care. These efforts address the challenges that may hinder your recovery process.

The collaboration of services by Drug and Alcohol Case Managers and Certified Recovery Specialists involves consistent communication, information exchange, and cooperation with other community provider teams.
